Having land and using it to grow my own food has been a pipe dream since my student days. But it wasn’t until after I graduated and spent lock-down behind a computer screen writing software that I understood how important it was to get my hands physically dirty.
A few years later and too unwell to do anything labour intensive, I moved into a large garden and grew hundreds of kilograms of food using organic no-dig methods. And now I produce videos demonstrating how you can do it in your backyard too!
